This sliding patio glass door roller assembly has an adjustable steel housing that allows the wheel to be raised or lowered. The steel, ball-bearing concave wheel measures 1-1/4" in diameter.

Good Idea!

The typical patio sliding glass door uses two roller assemblies, one on each bottom corner of the sliding door. We recommend replacing both sliding door rollers at the same time to prevent extra wear-and-tear to one new roller, which will have to work twice as hard when paired with an old roller.

Sliding glass door wheels

The wheels are from a very old sliding glass door (the glass is dated 1966). The side of the door frame has to be removed to change the wheels because they slide into the frame!
