This is a genuine Truth Hardware rear mount, single arm casement operator.

See SWISCO product 39-700 for the opposite handed version.
Will provide a full 90 degree window opening.
9-1/2" long arm with pivot slide shoe attached.
11/32" spline; handle sold separately.
Contemporary style case is manufactured of high-pressure die-cast zinc; hardened steel drive worm and gear arm.
Finish is electrostatically applied, durable coatings that provide excellent resistance to chipping, scratching and corrosion while maintaining color stability for years in direct sunlight.

Assembly

I can't find the black slider piece. It has Truth stamped on the arm. The black piece slides in between what looks like (2) c's facing each other
