34.9" Tie Bar, 3 Cone Roller

Hi. Looking to find this replacement part for a casement window unit. It measures 34 7/8". I cannot find any markings as to what make this window is.

Im looking for tie bar. I just want to make sure you have same dimension from top to first cone roller. See pictures attached. Also need Tie Bar Guide. I assume its 39-417.
