Andersen Window Crank, 4-1/2"

Hi, there is nothing to identify the window that is legible that this crank is attached to. After the window was open the crank did nothing to help close it. The wind shut the window. Hello i have a Anderson casement window . It will work going out but not in. The plastic plate is cracked. Do I need to replace just the plate to make it work or the whole thing? Also do you have the replacement part? Thank you Jared

I do not see a model number on the windows however most of the crank handles are broken as well as a few of the latches up top that lock the window.
