Eyelet Adapter

Hi, we'd like to be able to replace this part that broke. 30658 is labeled on the chain. We may need to replace the entire skylight operator. Thank you for your assistance.

This skylight opens with a pole with a hex bit on the end of it. Unfortunately the part that the pole slot into fell off. I am trying to repair the part but don't know what it's called.

Hello! I am missing the chain portion of the skylight and the hook on the opener portion to crank open the skylight. Do you offer any replacement parts? Thanks in advance for your help. Pat

Hi Swisco, I'm trying to find a replacement part for my skylight opener, but I can't find the specific part anywhere. They are older Anderson window skylights. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ryan

Hello. I just ordered product 39-239C Encore Awning Operator from you. I also need a hex head adapter as the window is too high to reach by hand. Please see attached photos. Do you carry this adaptor? What would this adaptor be called? Thank you.
