Handle Pair

How is the 40-184 handle secured to the 5/16 shaft? I have a patio door handle, that is similar, but to handle connection ring is breaking so snap ring will not hold it. See photo image 1328.

Hi. This handle doesn't work any longer and we need a replacement. It looks like your part 40-401 but picture doesn't show if it comes with lockset screws on both sides. Please advise and thank you. Ginny

my renter changed the lock to the HIMCO security door and cut the faceplate . Hoping someone may have parts that I can get to fix the door. thanks
