I have a Milgard single hung (aluminum?) window with a broken channel balance (white cable is snapped). The channel balances have the code "23 5 CW CWC 9".Is that enough info to identify the replacements?The sash itself is approx 46x26, so pretty heavy.I also found a small broken black plastic piece ...
