SS Spring Tension Screen Door Roller, 1" Nylon Wheel

I need to replace my screen door rollers again (5 years) due to rust from living near the Gulf. The roller type is the M spring type 84-001, or 84-031, or 84-007. The screws used for tension are also rusted. Is there a roller and screw that you could recommend that may not be subject to quick rustin ... (cont.)

Here are two different views of a roller off a Pella screen door that is probably 25 years old. Looking for two replacement parts. There are no marking on the part or the screen door or the sliding door. Only the name Pella on the glass door. Please help. Thanks,

The first two photos are of the top of the door, the 3rd and 4th are of the bottom. The bottom 3rd pic does not rotate, the 4th does turn but does not protrude below the door. The top rollers are fine. But there is no screw holding them in place. They seem to be in a slot in the frame. I don't ... (cont.)
