I would like to order parts to repair the spiral balance assemblies for 5 tilt-out windows (Acorn brand?) in an ocean-front Florida apartment. Can you identify

I am ready to order a 29 inch spiral tip window balance. Part S600-29. My current windows have a black plastic part at the top of the balance. the balance is inserted into this black part and all held together with one screw. I dont see this part on your website. There are no numbers on this part. This part holds the 32 inch balances to the top.It measures links wise 2 1/2 inches. By 6/16The kind of windows I have are Acorn.

I have Acorn windows (83). On the top of my Tube Balancer this plastic piece was used originally to hold the tube to the frame (top) and you can see it also worked as a stop.
