Can you identify

I am ready to order a 29 inch spiral tip window balance. Part S600-29. My current windows have a black plastic part at the top of the balance. the balance is inserted into this black part and all held together with one screw. I dont see this part on your website. There are no numbers on this part. This part holds the 32 inch balances to the top.It measures links wise 2 1/2 inches. By 6/16The kind of windows I have are Acorn.

I have Acorn windows (83). On the top of my Tube Balancer this plastic piece was used originally to hold the tube to the frame (top) and you can see it also worked as a stop. The black part at the top of the metal rod broke on one side of the window. The part held on by the acrew. I have included a picture of the acorn latch on the sliding pane as well.

is it fit for both 3/8 and 5/8 spiral balance?

We have metal tilt out window want to replace springs. metal part 28 inches spring 18 5/8 . There is plastic part on top window where it attaches that does not look like your website see pics. Do I need 2 stops 55-063, 1 tool 75-006, 2 5/8" tube balance do I get 600 series?

I am moving into a residence that has ACORN vinly clad alunminum windows. I am looking for a stop where I can open the window to a certain height and leave it there without it being opened any further. in looking at the diagram of the 55-063 I cannot figure out how it attaches and how it operates. ...
