Hey Jan. Both attachments have 'wings' or side tabs, whereas Series 395 balances only have wings on the top attachment. So I think this is either an S380-18 or S385-18, depending on the depth of the bottom attachment. See below.

The stamp is unusual for an 18" balance. Could you double-check the channel length, not including the nylon attachments at both ends? If it is in fact 18", it's possible these balances were cut to fit your window properly. To choose the correct stamp option, it would be best to weigh the window sash these balances support. You can use that weight to choose the right stamp code.

Hi Bob! Thank you very much for your answer. I actually measured them wrongly, they are in fact 20" and since I had a spare one which I've purchased from SWISCO 2 years ago, I was able to order 3 more: Window Sash Balances 20" S385-20 - 20" Series 385 Channel Balance Option: 1910
