Pivot shoe
Thanks for your post! Your window balance can be replaced with the S765-27 Balance. Be sure to double check that the length of the metal is 27". You'll need to select the 26-5 stamp option, which will support 17 to 23lbs.
The plastic piece at the top of the balance is the 26-053A Balance Stop.
We typically suggest the 15-046 Pivot Shoe to replace the shoe. You'll need to remove it and compare the dimensions to determine if this is the correct replacement match. The compatible pivot bar is the 26-040.
