Thanks for posting! Your coil balance pivot shoe looks a lot like our 15-199. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to confirm that this is the right fit. I am confident these are the replacement shoes you'll need.

This pivot shoe is compatible with either the Series 160 (1/2" width) or the Series 165 (3/8" width) coil balance springs. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the width of your coils. Then you'll need to look for any stamps/markings that will indicate the spring strength needed for your window.

If there are no stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide it by the total number of coils in the window. That number will be the spring strength you'll need.

You coil balance cover looks like it may be a dual support cover. If you have the Series 160 coils you'll need the 15-150D and if you have the Series 165 coils you'll need the 15-204.
