Hello, thank you for posting,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-111 or the 15-191 heavy duty pivot shoe. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

Your window could either use the 3/8" thick Series 165 or the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs. Please provide the thickness of your originals to move forward. Also let me know how many are used on each side on the number stamped on each spring.

If there are no markings, we will need to know the weight of the window sash to move forward. Thank you!

Hello,
they are 3/8" wide. There are 3 used on each side. #4 35", #4 35" and #5 35".

Great thank you!

Based on the original stamps, you can use (2) S165-4 and (1) S165-5 coils on each side along with the 15-205 triple support cover. Together with the other side, the sash should weigh 26 pounds. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

Hello, I ordered 15-205 but once installed. The spring was bound against 15-205 and would not allow me to pull the pivot shoe down to re-install the window. Is their a different coil support I should be using with pivot shoe 15-191?

The 15-205 covers you purchased are only compatible with the 3/8" wide S165 coils we discussed. I'd recommend checking the width of these coils as well since they have different stamps. If they are 1/2" thick, you would need the 15-150T cover used with the S160-05 coils. Just let us know if you need anything else.
