Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We may be able to assist you, but this balance is unfortunately too damaged to identify. Do you have an undamaged version we can see? If so, I'll have to see it fully removed from the window without obstruction so that we can check our inventory for a match.

Thank you! We sell the individual components of this assembly separately. Start by looking at our 15-199 pivot shoe. This is compatible with either the 1/2" Series 160 or the 3/8" Series 165. Measure the depth of your old spring to verify the better match.

Then, depending on which spring you go with, you would pick a different cover. For the Series 160, go with our 15-150D dual cover. If the Series 165, use our 15-204 instead.

Lastly, note that these springs are not designed to mount at the top of the track. A lot of older springs were, but they don't make them that way anymore. If yours installed at the top of the track then you'll need to mount them much lower; the best place is just under the tilt latch at its lowest position (while the sash is closed).

If your springs already mount in the middle of the track, then ignore that last part!
