Balance Assembly and Tilt Latch

Question

The spring is labeled with #4.0, 35", and a code that appears to be PA__2322, with the underscores illegible. I need to replace the balance assembly including spring and cover. I potentially need to replace the pivot shoe, as well.
I also need to replace the tilt latch assembly. I have included a picture of both the assembly and the sash labeling.

Hey there. That looks like the 15-199 Pivot Shoe. It works with both the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance springs and the 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. I suspect you have the 3/8" thick springs, but measure the tape thickness to be safe. If so, for any spring stamped '4' you could use the S165-4 4.5 pound spring.
