I am in need of several parts. I have Simonton windows 4374740/01. There were installed in 2005 by a previous home owner. I noticed several issues with the windows after I purchased the house, the one is the springs on the left sash were sprung. The upper cover after I removed it broke in half. So I'll need a new cover which is a double spring holder. In the picture is a single spring holder that mounts right below the double spring holder. Then the pivot piece.
Approximate
Upper Double Cover measures, 1" W x 4" H x about 7/16" deep
Lower Single Cover measures. 1" W x 1-1/2" H about 7/16" deep
Springs say 5.0# 35" and are about 3/8" thick
Pivot is 1-7/8" tall x 1-1/4" w and 1/2" thick
Can yo help me with these?

When I took it out, all of it was twisted et. The left side has the 3 springs, while the right side only has 2. So I'm wondering if all 3 springs are attached to each other? I didn't see as I pulled it out of the track since it was all mangled. I know 2 of the spring ends were attached into the shoe. Thanks for any more info.

There should be the same number of springs on each side of the window. How heavy is the sash? If you have 3 five pound springs on each side, then the sash would be 30 pounds. Let me know!

All 7 windows are the same. The left side has the 3 springs for the lower sash, while the right side has only 2. The windows/sash is 28.8 pounds.
Attache are pictures of a window with both sides shown.

It sounds like whoever installed these had to get creative, for whatever reason. I highly recommend that you use the same number of springs on each side so that the window functions optimally. Specifically, I'd recommend two 5 pound springs (S165-5) and one 4 pound spring (S165-4) on each side. This will add up to 14 pounds of support per side, which should be fine for your sash weight.
