I have a condo project to complete. My windows were impacted by a hurricane. Attached is a photo of the lengths I need.

Hi Gordon,

Thanks for your post! It appears the shorter balance is close to 17" but its hard to determine the length of the others. To determine the correct replacements, I'll need to know the lengths of the tubes and their diameters.

Please write/type these measurements out to ensure that we are getting accurate measurements.

Is the diameter of the the tube plastic tube or the internal metal one

The diameter would be of the plastic tube.

You'll need the Series 600 Spiral Balances with red tip options. I've tagged all of the balances below for the lengths you've confirm. Be sure to double check that all of the balances have a red tip.

The only lubricant we sell if for patio door tracks. If you are searching for a lubricant for the balances, you'll need to purchase a silicone-based lubricant from a local hardware store.

The shoe can likely be replaced with the 15-046 but you'll need to be sure to review and compare the dimensions. Particularly the width and thickness of the part.

The shoe is compatible with either the 26-040 or the 26-089.
