Looking for ½” inch 22-4 balancers with a tab fpr a Non Tilt Wood Windows so that it can be screwed into the wood window frame.

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. This balance configuration isn't a part of our stock catalog but we may still be able to help. It looks like your balance uses a hook like the 62-105 with the point cut off and a drilled hole. What we can offer is the S351-23 or S390-23 with the 19-043 screw-in clip attached to the cord. This would have to be a custom order, which is nonrefundable.
If that sounds good to you, can you confirm the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below?

Not sure what you mean by depth but the dimensions of the tab with the 2 holes is 3/4" long x 1/4" wide

Oh, my apologies! I uploaded the wrong photo. We'll need to know the depth of the bottom shoe, as shown below.
