It seems like you may be looking for replacement hinges. If so, take a look at the 36-048 set with a 10" long base. 

I'm afraid that your old-style Biltbest operator is no longer available. However, you may be able to retrofit something like the 9-1/2" long 39-027E and 39-028E operators, as well as our 39-114L handle and 39-533 track, to work for your repair.

We also carry the larger 39-013 and 39-014 operators depending on the length of your arm that attaches to the sash. Note that these operators are used with the 39-505 track. Thanks for posting!
