Currently, I have two broken windows do to Hawaii weather and time. I need to fix these windows, and I need the parts. I am unable to locate the awnings at local stores, so went online, and found you. Please help me identify the awning replacements I have and what I need to buy from you to replace/fix them. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Starting with the casement operator, take a look at our 39-253LB & 39-253RB or 39-439B & 39-438B. The best match will depend on the guide at the end of the operator arm so I recommend watching the video below that will explain exactly what I mean.
As for the awning operator, see our 39-239B. We also have this in a stainless steel version, our 39-239C. If you needed new cover and handles for your replacements, see the 39-451 and 39-452. Look these parts over and let me know what you think.
