Broken Balance and latch

Thanks for reaching out! To identify the replacement for your balances, it would be best to see them removed from the sash. I'll need to see a clear photo of the attachment at the bottom of the balance, connected to the pivot shoe. Once I have a better idea of what that attachment looks like, I'll be able to confirm the correct replacement.

In the meantime, your tilt latches look like they could be the 26-078, and its opposite handed version, part 26-079. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing latches to confirm that these are the right replacement.

Thanks for the photos. Your balance appears to be the S765-27 made with a pivot shoe hook. You'll need to select the 26-5 stamp option.

Your exact pivot shoe is no longer made but our 15-046 should work well as a replacement. The compatible pivot bar is the 26-040 3" Pivot Bar.

Be sure to look over the dimensions to confirm that these will be a fit.
