Broken Plastic Part - Window Balance

I have Simonton Windows in my home, which are approximately 14 years old. Each window has two plastic pieces that house the balance in the side of the window. The pieces are 4 inches long. They're all broken, so the windows won't open and close. Can you help identify this part and tell me where I can find replacements? Thanks!

Thank you. I recommend you start by looking at our 15-199. Does that look like a match? If so, see our Series 165 coil spring, as well as our 15-204 or 15-205 support brackets.
