There are broken parts in two places on my window. The window won't stay up now when we open it. Please see the uploaded photo.

Based on your photo, the parts I recommend are our 15-199 pivot shoe, 26-378 tilt bar, and our Series 160 coil springs. You will need to match our numbers up to the ones on your old springs. You might also need the 15-150D coil double support, but yours doesn't look broken. Review this hardware and see what you think.
