Getting ready to move and these windows have taken a beating. Need to get them cleaned up and ready to sell, but I don't know how to find what I need.

Thank you for posting! I hope I can help you find these replacements. Let's start with your top tilt latches.
Take a look at our 26-243 & 26-244 Tilt Window Latches. Do these appear to match your existing hardware? Compare their dimensions and the shape of the tooth and let me know!
As for the Coil Balances, I can't really make out what you have. Can you tell me if there are any numbers stamped on its surface? Could I perhaps see what its pivot shoe looks like, as well? That would help us locate a replacement. It may be easier if you remove them from your window jamb.

The tilt latches look very similar, the only difference I can see is that the (sorry for not knowing any of the correct terminology) tooth on the bottom that keeps the latch in is slightly different (pictured below)
The Pivot shoe wouldn't easily come out and I wasn't sure If I should force it, so I took a few more pictures that I hoped would help. I included a photo of a good coil support from a different window since all of the windows match.
I have the two coil balances from one side of a different window where the coil support completely failed, does it make sense that one is a series 165 and the other is a series 160?

That pivot shoe looks very similar to our 15-199, but I'm still not sure what the coil balance could be. I would have to know what number is printed on the spring itself. You may want to look at our tutorial video on how to replace a coil balance. This should give you an idea on the best way to remove your own.
As for the tilt latch, I'm afraid that I don't see much of a difference between yours and our 26-244. I think that may be our closest possible match. You may want to also look through our selection of Tilt Latches and see if you can find something else that may look good.

Wanted to follow up after I finished repairing these windows. (Finished fifteen minutes ago)
I ended up using the parts you recommended as well as the 3/8" Coil Dual Supports (part 15-204) Everything worked perfectly!
Thanks for the help!
