Question

I am looking for a left and a right operator for casement windows. I am having a hard time locating these. The arm length is showing as 11" if measure from the mechanism and if measured from the elbow to the end it measures 9 1/2".

Your photos are similar to the 39-027E and 39-028E but ours has a wheel at the end, not the square slider shown in your photo. That style hasn't been made in a long time but ours could work if the arm lengths match the diagram below. If yours measures 11" as shown below, unfortunately, we don't have a replacement in that size.

The 39-013 and 39-014 would be our only larger options but they measure 13-1/2" long but it might be too long. I believe your best option would be to try to adapt the 9-1/2" operators to your window.

For our parts to work, you'd presumably have to replace the track as well. See the 39-533. Take a look at the specifications of these parts and see if you have room on your sash to install the new tracks. Thanks for posing.
