I have a caradco 30382 however it is not 9 1/2" so the 39-028E and 39-027E will not work.
Any thoughts?

Hi, Rocco. Does your operator more closely resemble our 39-013 and 39-014 Casement Window Operators, 13-1/2" Arm? Compare your dimensions and let us know what you think.
