Caradco is the only identifying mark.

A home owner from Dayton says:
Hello,

I have several window cranks that do not work in my house that was built in 1974.

Can you help me identify the parts that I need (both LHS and RHS)?

Thanks!

Thanks for writing in! You may want to consider our 39-013 and 39-014 casement window operators as replacements. Take a look and see what you think.

If you should also need a crank handle, our 39-114L would make a good choice.
A quick learner from Indiana says:
looks exactly like my pella operator but mind is 10.5 long
any suggestions or can i cut the arm?

I'm afraid we don't have a version of this operator with a 10-1/2" arm. Can you verify how you're measuring it? Note that the manufacturer measures these from the center of the wheel at the end of the arm to the center of the gear. You may want to double check that to see if it's still the same size.

If so, the closest option we would have is our 9-1/2" version: the 39-027E and 39-028E. These are only an inch short, which is better than being 3" over in my opinion. The only catch is that you may need to adjust the position of your sash track in order to ensure the window can close, or even the position of the operator on the sill. It may take some trial and error.
