Trying to determine if you have a crank replacement for my window.

Hello there!

This looks like it may be an older version of the 39-013 and 39-014. Look over the specifications and compare them with yours to see how they match up. Let us know if you notice any discrepancies and we can go from there.

The arm length is about 9 1/2 inches, does that help?

In that case, see the 39-027E and 39-028E instead. They have a 9-1/2" long arm when measured from the center of the gear to the center of the roller wheel.
