Casement Window Operator and Latch

Your casement lock looks like an older version of our 38-097 and 38-098, which are available in white and bronze. Your specific model has not been made in many years but the newer parts work just as well. The only catch is that you will need to also replace the old keeper with the newer 38-079.
As for your operator, we would need to see a photo of the assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

I can't be sure but it seems like you may be showing the arms attached to the operator base shown in your post from January shown above. If so, I would recommend comparing the dimensions of the 39-027E and 39-028E, or the longer 39-013 and 39-014 to your assembly. Take a look at let us know if you have any other questions.
