Casement Window Operators CBA

I am in need of 2 casement window operators one right hand one left hand. windows and operators are identical and mirror images of each other. both have one arm out of the operator and have a shorter arm connected to the window sash from the frame. Some identifying features include; etched into the glass in the corner is;

classic CBA

cardinal

1GCC R 155

c-5-81G

on the small helper arm is the word "truth" and an image of a house with a triangle in the roof

that smaller arm is connected to a longer metal piece which connects to the window frame with the numbers 358-1R

sash size is 22"x35"

glass size is 17 1/2 " x 29 1/2"

please let me know if you can help find these or point me in the right direction

Thanks! Please see our 39-027E and 39-028E. I believe these are modern versions of your old operator hardware, but look them over and see what you think.

These are quite similar except the arm is 10 1/2" to 11" long.
The 2 mounting holes closest to the operator handle are 1 5/8" apart and the 2 mounting holes farthest are 3" apart. The wheel on the arm is 9/16". (same as your pictures) please let me know if this measurement is crucial to a proper fit.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. I'm afraid we don't have an operator like this with 10-1/2" long arms. 9-1/2" is the absolute closest we are able to provide in this style. The next size up would be 13-1/2" for our 39-013 and 39-014.

I don't think a 1" difference will make that much of an impact. In a worst case scenario, your windows won't be able to open as far by about the same amount.

I will take your recommendation send get the 9 1/2 inch arm operator. I would like to only purchase the right hand operator( for the window opening on the left with the hinge on the right) when i have this successfully installed i can decide if the other will work also.please explain your purchase procedure. Thanks
