Casement window crank

Hi my current casement window crank stopped working. I don't have any other info except the picture.

Hey there, we may be able to help, but it's hard to make out any details about the operator from this photo. We need to see the entire mechanism, including the arm(s) that move the window. A bird's eye view with the window open should suffice. We'll do our best to help from there.

Here's another picture to show you how to open the other panel of the window. This side of the window can't open because turning the knob doesn't open the window. Thank you.

Thanks for the photo. It's still hard to see, but it looks like there is a single straight arm that comes out of the rear of the operator body. is that accurate? If so, this might be either the 39-027E and 39-028E, or the 39-013 and 39-014. The difference between these two sets is the link arm length. See the diagrams below for reference. Measure your old operators to see what matches best. In either case, for a new handle, see the 39-114L or T-shaped 39-102 sold separately.
