Casement window does not extend.

A quick learner from Scranton PA says:
In Image 1820 - you can see the window has become displaced out of the track on the top.
In image 1823- the crank arm is disconnected, this arm does not look like the arm used on the other crank out window, it must have been replaced at some point
On the lower track, the window is connected but the track has missing screws, therefore it moves outwards, which seems to have been the reason the upper window guide is discounted from the track.

Image 1824 is the latches there are two of them and they both work fine, I included for reference only;

I would like to replace the tracks and crank so that the window could close
These windows are apt 35 years old, there is no MFG name on them anywhere.

Thanks

Hello there. For the operators, see either our 39-013 & 39-014 13-1/2" straight arm mechanisms, or the 39-027E & 39-028E 9-1/2" straight arm assemblies. Compare their dimensions with your old hardware and see if either set matches what you need. For a new handle see the 39-114L. For a new track see the 39-505 or 39-533, depending on what best matches your existing setup. Finally, for a new hinge set, see if the 10" 36-048 matches what you have. Slightly different styles shouldn't matter, so long as the dimensions align and you replace both hinges in a window at the same time.
