Casement window operator - straight

A landlord from Minnesota says:
You guys have the exact part I need but it's too short. You have a Caradco window crank - Product Code 39-028. It has the screw holes in the correct place and everything but it's too short. Can you help me find the exact part with a longer straight arm? Or can you help me identify the manufacturer that makes the operator with the screw holes like the part you have?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for writing in. I can't say for sure what you need without knowing the exact length of your operator's straight arm. The 39-013 and 39-014 have arms of 13-1/2". If you have a length in between this set and the 39-028, then I'd simply opt for the 9-1/2" 39-028 (or, the 39-028E and 39-027E, which are the same but more modern in style). The window won't open as far but they still should work for you. Let me know what you think.

A landlord from Minnesota says:
Do they come in both left and right opening windows?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Yes, these are available for both sides. In my previous response, I placed the operator numbers for both sides. Take a look at all the part numbers mentioned and see what you think.
