Casement window parts

A home owner from Omaha, NE says:
I need to replace several of these. They are in a Lindal cedar home built in 1987. Truth Hardware.
Guessing these can be replaced with Truth 39-035 and 036? Can you confirm? Do you sell to homeowners directly?

Thanks for reaching out! Yes, we do sell to home owner's directly.

From what I can see in the photos, it does not appear that our 39-035 and 39-036 would be the right replacement operator for your window. However to confirm the best replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator.

The operators are obstructed by the window framing so it is difficult to see the body and the arms of the operator. Once I am able to review that, I'll be able to determine the replacement solution we can offer.

A quick learner from Omaha says:
Having trouble getting the trim off to get a better picture for you. Trim is miter cut, not straight like in your video, so not sure what to route is best to remove trim.
Attached is a picture of the cedar window hardware from the Lindal Homes website. This is what we have. I don't see a dual arm operator on your site that has a 2 - 3/4 measurement. Do you have this? I am going to need several of them. I have one that I obtained in Canada (see picture). Any advice?

Thanks for reaching out! Your casement operator resembles our 39-334. The opposite side is part 39-333. Look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the operator you'll need. Although, based on your measurements, I am certain that these are the replacement operators you'll need.

This operator is compatible with the 39-107 operator cover along with either the 39-114L standard crank handle or 39-205 folding crank handle. There is also the option to purchase the 39-107FK folding handle and cover kit. I've linked each of these parts so that you may review them.
