Casement windows replacement crank/arm mechanism

Home Owner from South Bend, IN

Hello! I own a 1973 home and some of the arm/crank mechanisms on the bedroom windows are broken and need to be replaced. I am trying to find replacement parts. Unfortunately, there are no markeings/labels on the windows for identifying them. In the photos, you can see the problem - the arm/wheel dislodges from the track attached to the window, making it impossible to crank the window shut. The wheel basically pops off of the bottom of the track. Thanks for your help!

Hi Jeff, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style of the 39-013 and 39-014 or the 39-027E and 39-028E operators. The main difference between the two is the length of the arm.

Also see the 39-102 or 39-114L style handles if needed.
