Thank you for you question, Jay. we can definitely email you a custom link for these balances. Please look out for an email from us in the next few minutes with that link. Thank you.
I have a current need for at least 4 window channel balancers. However, if ordering more makes sense financially, I might order some spares. I have 15 windows in my condo. Please quote cost and lead time for 4 and whatever quantity that would provide a price break.
Hello! We can supply this balance to you, yes. However I highly recommend checking that your balance is exactly the same as shown above, since custom balances cannot be returned for a refund. I would take special note of the clip at the top of the balance, which in the case above is a screw-on clip. If yours is a hook instead, let me know.
An order of 4 balances would cost $29.29 per balance. The first bulk pricing discount is at orders of 10+, which would be $16.16 per balance. There will be a lead time of 4-5 business weeks for either quantity.
Please let me know how many you want to go with, and please also confirm that your balance uses a screw tab at the top, and I will email you an order link that you can use to add these custom balances to your cart.
Is this adequate for you to be able to accurately specify and fabricate replacement parts? I need two balancers total
Your prompt response will be be very much appreciated. Thank you.
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm glad you sent these photos, because you do not have what the same balance as shown above. This isn't the skinny ribbed custom balance, this is just an older version of our Series 795. You can use this as a replacement for your original.
Just note that ours has a screw tab at the top, not a hook. If you have a hook then yours will still have to be a custom order, just slightly different. We would basically just install a 15-198 hook at the top of a normal S795-34.
There is a cord coming out of your balance at the top. At the end of it is a metal clip. If you look at the photos we show for the Series 795, you can see this clip is a little screw tab. If yours is also a screw tab, then you should be good to go.
