Hi there!

We can help supply these balances but it will have to be a custom order since this configuration is not a stock option of ours. I'm going to email you a custom balance purchase link and price quote for (6) of the S795-34 with a 34C stamp and 15-198 hook attached. You can use this to place an order on our site.

Just note, our S795 balance comes with the 15-195 closed cam T-lock shoe. If you don't have this or if you are unsure, show us a picture of your shoe removed from the balance and we can go from there.
