Channel balance for tilt window
Thanks for reaching out! Your balance, appears to be a custom order balance given that the space where your top hook connects is circular. This means that you will need the Series 795 channel balance with a hook attached. It appears that the shoe you have is the T-Lock, Open Cam shoe. This is part 15-195B. The cam from your shoe is still connected to the pivot bar at the bottom of the sash.
Before I can get the order link made up for your, can you please confirm the stamp from the metal channel. It is a bit difficult to read. This is important for determining the correct balance as well as the correct pricing.
If you need to replace the pivot bar, I'll need to see a photo of it removed from from the window.

Thanks for confirming. I've sent over a quote for the balances. They've have the 15-198 hook attached along with the 15-195B open cam shoe. You'll be able to use this link to add them to your online cart and submit your order.
In regard to your pivot bars, I suggest starting with part 26-040. You'll need to remove them to confirm the measurements. Take a look and see what you think.
