Need replacement operating replacement - looking at window from inside - the right - Clad casement - glass id Z27506 Y42C5M - mechanism 6D706 - neighbor said it's a truth arm 31850 on mechanism 45251. So confused

Hey, Kathie. It's hard to make out what you have based on your photos, but it somewhat reminds me of our 39-315 and 39-316. Our 39-387 and 39-388 are also similar. I recommend carefully comparing our pictures and dimensions to your hardware to see if they match. If they differ, however, could you get me a clearer picture of this operator?
