I am looking to replace this coil balance shoe. The one recommend by my HOA is a 15-177. That does not look long enough to be the replacement. Also, I need a complete fixture with a coil or do I just need the shoe? I am not very handy so any help on doing this myself will be greatly appreciated

Thanks for your post! Yes, your are correct. The 15-177 would not be the correct shoe to replace your assembly. I'm not sure that you'll need the entire assembly but I'll include recommendations for all of the hardware so that you can examine your hardware and make that decision.
The shoe you have should be a match for the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. To confirm, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.
The 26-040 and 26-378 are the pivot bars most commonly used with this shoe.
The compatible coil spring is the Series 190 Coil Balance, which is attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. Yours are anchored to the window track using the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip and 15-182 Coil Bushing.
