Coil springs

Question

Hello,
I have a Norandex windows 0605270148. Two of my windows balance support systems have been destroyed. Not by me. Well, I may have finished what someone else began. I have three coil springs on each side of the windows and as of right now, the balance shoe shown is the only one that has been removed. The plastic casing over the balance system on both windows have been reduced to plastic shards. I have having trouble finding replacement parts.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe is a match for the 15-199, which uses the 1/2" S160 and 3/8" S165 coil springs. By the looks of the cover, I suspect the spring band will be 3/8", but we recommend measuring to confirm. You will also need to check each spring for a stamped weight code.

As for the pivot bar, take a look at the specifications of the 26-378 and see if they match what you need.
