Your pivot shoe looks like a match for our 15-199 which uses the 1/2" wide Series 160 and 3/8" wide Series 165 coil springs. Take a look and see if our dimensions match up to your old hardware. If your springs measure 1/2" wide, you'll need the 15-150D double coil support. If they measure 3/8" wide, see the 15-204 support instead.
