Can you help us find the correct replacement? What else would you need to know?

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of the operator base that this part connects to determine how the operator connects to the window. Thank you!

A quick learner from Minneapolis, MN says:
Do any of these help?

That will suffice, yes. Thank you very much. See our 39-013 and 39-014 operators to start. I think these will match up well, but just look over the arm lengths to ensure they match your originals. Your ruler is at a bit of a weird angle in your first photos so I don't know the exact length of yours. We also sell the shorter 39-028E and 39-027E.

In either case, you may also want a new handle; see our 39-205.

I retook the picture. It looks like 11 1/4 inch to me. Did I measure it correctly?

I see what you mean. don't believe your 11-1/4" arm is still available. That's an older size that has greatly fallen out of popularity. Depending on the width of your window you might be able to use the 39-013 with the 13-1/2" arm. However the 39-027E with the 9-1/2" might be your safer bet in case you don't have the width needed for the longer arm. The window just won't be able to open quite as far, but we're only talking two inches.
