Crank replacement part

A quick learner from Medinah, IL says:
Hello,

I am looking for three crank replacements for these casement windows

The faulty cranks are from Norco and were installed in 2000. The image on the far right is one that has been recently replaced...but I do not know the manufacturer or part number.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hello. I believe the operator might be either the 39-013 and 39-014 straight arm types, which have a 13-1/2" long arm, or the 39-027E and 39-028E which have a 9-1/2" long arm. Please compare the dimensions to confirm which you need. For a crank handle that works with either set, see the 39-114L
