Custom balance

The balance you have here is the S765-27 Balance. This is used along with the 15-046 Pivot Shoe which is typically used along with the 26-040 Pivot Bar. The piece at the top of the balance is the 26-053A Balance Stop; you'll need to hold onto the screw cover as this stop does not include one.

You can select the 26-5 stamp option.
