It appears you have an older style operator with a squared base. Manufacturers have strayed away from this style and are now making these operators with a rounded base. Fortunately, it doesn't affect the function of the hardware whatsoever, it's just an aesthetic change.
There are a few possibilities for you, depending on the length of your arm. Start with the 39-013 and 39-014, which has a 13-1/2" long arm. Also look at the 39-027E and 39-028E with a 9-1/2" arm. These are the most popular arm lengths, but we also has other sizes. If your arm doesn't match either, let me know what size you have and we will try our best to find a good match!

Where can DF1100crank handle be purchased? I have on that opens the window but wont grab to close it without pushing the window from the outside

If your operator can open but won't close, then replacing the handle alone won't fix the issue. You would need an all new operator.
I'd be happy to assist you, but we need a clear photo of the original removed from the window and shown without obstruction. Would that be possible?
