To further review, we will need to see pictures of the original operators to confirm the exact style you need. We will need to see the window open where we can see the base and the arm(s). From there we can confirm the correct replacement option. Thank you! 

I'm afraid that a photo of the arm alone isn't enough to make a suggestion. As stated above, we need to see both the base and the arms. Seeing the operator removed from the window entirely would be the biggest help to be honest, but I understand if that might not be feasible at this stage. All the same, we need to see as much of it as possible. Figure that the less of the operator we can see, the less likely we'll be able to find you a match.

It appears that your operator may have a straight arm. Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-013 and 39-014 or the 39-027E and 39-028E operators. Compare to your original to confirm a good fit and let me know if you see any discrepancies!
