Thanks for your post! To the best of our knowledge, this coil shoe is no longer available, we are confident the 15-199 Pivot Shoe should work to replace it. You'll need to remove the assembly and compare the dimensions to confirm the shoe will be a fit in the track.
The compatible pivot bar is the 26-378.
This shoe uses either the 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil Balance (uses the 15-150D Coil Double Support) or the 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil Balance (this does not have a single support). You'll need to confirm the width of the existing coil to confirm the right replacement.
Once you've confirmed the series, you'll need to check for a stamp/marking on the metal to determine the correct coil weight option. Unfortunately, I cannot see one in the photo. Take a look at the video tutorial below for instructions.
