Double coil balance

Hi, I need to replace these on my window. It appears to be stamped #5 but the only #5 option I found on your website only had a single coil, but this one had two. Not sure what I should be buying

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 15-199 Pivot Shoe. Are the coil springs 3/8" thick? If so, they are the Series 165 Coil Balance springs sold separately. For coils stamped #5 use the S165-5 5 pound spring. For a new double coil cover, see the 15-204. Let me know if you have further questions about this hardware.

Hey thank you, that looks correct! However the double coil cover pictured looks like it only has one screw hole and the ones I have in my other windows had two. Does that matter? See picture

Not really. It's possible these windows have triple coil setups, or they are just an older design. If your coils on the balances you are replacing are 3/8" thick and therefore the Series 165, and there are just two coils per side, then the 15-204 should work just fine.
